It allows you to create Windows Mobile 5.0 applications using Visual Studio 2005, as well as PocketPC 2003 applications using eMbedded Visual C 4.0 (with Service Pack 2). You can deploy applications either to Windows Mobile 5.0 or PocketPC 2003 devices.
